Refund Policy

Refund Policy


Our policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Gift cards are exempt from being returned. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Each product at 3Fdesign is made with lot of love and care. In addition to this there are product descriptions and photos for every product sold, to guide your shopping process. This will leave you with very rare chances of being dissatisfied with 3Fdesign products. But we do extend the option of full refund or re-fulfillment of your order if any of the conditions are satisfied:

  • Product dispatched is not the same as the product ordered
  • Product has manufacturing defect

We will arrange and bear the cost for the product to be shipped back to us. All you have to do is drop an email to with the order number, product details and reason for return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We understand that there can be few cases in which your expectations might not be met. In this case, feel free to exchange the products for products worth the same amount. All you need to do is ship back the product to us within 5 days of receipt to the address mentioned on Contact Us page and send us an email at with the subject: Exchange, mentioning:

  • Order No.
  • Reason for Exchange
  • Which other product/s we can replace your purchase with. If it is in stock we will happily send it to you without any additional charge.

Please ensure that the products reach us in a secure package and in the original condition. Soiled or used products will not be exchanged. Also if you decide to exchange after 5 days of receipt, we are sorry, we will not be able to accommodate your request.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging  your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

In case of approved returns, we will arrange and bear the cost for the product to be shipped back to us.
